The members
of the Eastern Star are related to the members of the Masonic
Fraternity. However, the Order exist for the purpose of giving
practical effect to one of the beneficent purposes of Freemasonry.
Which is to provide for the welfare of the wives, daughters, mothers,
widows, sisters, and adopted sisters of Master Masons. The Sisters
of the Order Of Eastern Star and Masons are willing helpers in
service of humanity.
